Remanufactured vs. Rebuilt:
Don't be fooled.
The Mopar remanufacturing process begins with a complete disassembly, cleaning and inspection of the used part or core.
Many new, original equipment parts are automatically included in the remanufacturing process.
All Mopar remanufactured products are thoroughly tested to assure like-new operation and durability for the long haul.
Those parts not replaced are remanufactured to Original Equipment specifications.
What about Rebuilt?
Only broken or unusable parts are replaced. Not quite the same as a Mopar remanufactured part.
Did You Know?
The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association makes a clear distinction between remanufacturing and rebuilding. Check it out at www.apra.org.
